Accommodation
The four bedroom cottage with 3 toilets sleeps up to 8 comfortably. As new owners, we have recently refreshed the interiors with fresh paint, and updated the furnishings with natural wood and linen textures, whilst keeping the traditional laid back, relaxed Ryders feel throughout the house.
Bedrooms
There are 4 spacious and cosy bedrooms, with each room boasting a beautiful view of either the escarpment or the surrounding green pastures. In a wing separate to the living areas you'll find the master bedroom with en suite, queen room, twin room and main bathroom with bath. The final twin bedroom adjoins the dining area and is a favourite of ours. Fresh air and cool nights are conducive to a wonderful nights sleep, while the layout means a nap can be peacefully taken at any time.
Living Areas
The home has 2 thoughtfully designed living areas, both with fireplaces and a sliding door separating the two rooms. This means some guests (e.g. especially small ones) can enjoy one activity in one area whilst others can be doing something else entirely nearby. Enjoy a meal then retreat to the oversized lounges around the pot belly fireplace for a chat or a read, or park yourself by the open fire and enjoy a board game or watch a good old fashioned DVD. A highlight of the property are the generously sized dining tables both indoors and on the deck which makes dining a pleasure.
outdoors
Both adults and kids (if you chose to bring some) will be drawn to the outdoors, it is a haven for both. We encourage you to walk through the property and visit the two creeks, soak in the ever changing landscape or relax on the deck with a book and a beverage. There is a cubby, mud kitchen, sand pit and swings one under an apple tree the other under a macadamia tree.
